Recognise the setting
WHO’s fact sheet discusses opportunities for physical activity and policy action across community settings. An individual plan can encounter practical constraints that are not captured by a statement such as be more motivated. Describe the setting before assuming the barrier is personal preference.
Record what needs confirmation
A planning note might identify a route surface, access arrangement, transport connection or opening condition that needs checking. These are questions, not certified features of a venue. Retain the actual source and date for any fact you later confirm.
Avoid unsafe promises
This site has not inspected a venue or assessed whether an activity is safe for a reader. The note can help distinguish logistical uncertainty from a clinical question, but it does not remove either. Keep venue checks with the responsible operator and individual health suitability with an appropriate professional.
