Use the broader definition
WHO’s physical-activity fact sheet includes movement in leisure, transport, work and domestic activity. A routine record limited to booked exercise sessions can therefore miss some of the movement being described. Start by naming the context rather than using workout as a label for everything.
Keep tasks distinct
An editorial activity log can use separate rows for a journey, a household task and a planned session. Record what was actually done, with duration estimates labelled as estimates. Listing a task does not establish its intensity, calorie use or personal health effect.
Avoid a clinical conclusion from the list
The broader definition helps organise observations; it does not decide whether a particular task is safe or sufficient for an individual. This article supplies no exercise prescription, fitness assessment or promise of a measured benefit. Questions about personal suitability require the relevant professional and actual circumstances.
